Please read these terms and conditions before ordering any of our products.

These terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts for the supply and sale of goods and services by Enterprise Web Services to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions applied by the client.

When ordering any goods or services, the client is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. We cannot accept any change or variation on these terms and conditions unless agreed in writing by the company. We reserve the right to amend and update these terms and conditions at anytime without notice.

Payment will be by credit/debit card, or from a paypal account, and the first payment will be made 14 days after the website is ordered. The client has the option to cancel payment at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse to set up a site if we feel that the service is being abused. Any returned cheques to customers will incur an administration charge of £25.00. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. We do not offer any form of credit to customers.

We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time if the service is being abused. We will contact you prior to any cancellation to try to resolve the situation.

You will have up to 10GB of space on the server, and a bandwidth allowance of 10GB/month. This is enough for most web sites.

Enterprise web services will not, in any circumstances, be held liable for economic, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use of this site, from delays in services or service interruptions, or loss of domain names. Enterprise Web Services cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the web-site including without limitation damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information and the like. We provide a top quality web hosting service, using the latest and best quality products.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check through the web-site before it goes live to ensure the accuracy of the contents.

We do not back up customers sites, so you should back your web site up onto your own computer.

We will not be held responsible for loss occasioned by computer viruses, whether introduced by the company's software or otherwise.

We reserve the right to remove any material from your web pages if appropriate. We do not allow any illegal, pornographic, or obscene material on our servers. We do not allow any multimedia, streaming, or downloads from the web site.

We do not distribute your name or e-mail address to any third party.

The customer must supply all relevant information required to build the web-site, ie. logo, photographs, copy, etc.

The customer must obtain the legal permission for use of any material they include. The customer will be responsible for all the material included in their web pages.

The copyright for any software remains with the copyright owners, and should not be copied, altered or distributed in any way.

You must not divulge your user name or password to any other person, and you should take measures to ensure that the password is safe.

You should not use any form of un-solicited bulk e-mailing or spam.
